I was JUST thinking about making one of these threads.
I know you get two from Puzzle Quest I do believe. you get two from Bankshot billiards i believe..

Bankshot Billiards 2
  Galaga  Small Arms   Ms. Pac-Man  Aegis Wing   Just download these games and you will get them. You can actually get these free if you just download the trial game, that's what I did. N+  You get this one by beating all 50 episodes in N+. I believe this picture is wrong, On my account it's just the ninja jumping, and there's no black in the picture at all.

I've played both Amped 3 and Army of Two EU and got none of the gamerpics shown in this thread :| Got the Bankshot Billiards, Pac Man, &c, but not the ones mentioned :@ Any ideas why not?

Ninja Gaiden 2 has 2 as far as I know, 1 for getting all 30 skulls and another for completing the game on master ninja. I'll see if I can find the pics and edit this post

I knew they were unlockable, but I had to find the pictures.

R* Presents Table Tennis actually has two gamer pictures, the one you have and a red R* logo, R* Canada I think. I'm not sure how you unlock it but when I looked at my gamer pictures the two pictures were there.

Just noticed a few minutes ago that there's 2 for Hulk, one of Abomination, one of Hulk....no clue when they become available, had already 1ked the game before noticing. No way I can post pics, but maybe someone else can....

Blacksite Area 51 you get one for completing the game, then Triggerheart Exelica you get two for beating it. Duke Nukem 3D as well, you get this one

They do, I just don't have it though. I know they got a couple more for like beating it in insane and beating it on Co-Op.
