Patch Required For Online Ach?

Alrite folks,

It looks like there's only one thing EA have let us down with in this game so far, and that's the Online Cup matches. The game in general is by far one of the best released under EA's belt in a long time, and has recieved great feedback which is nice to see. The only thing that seems to be of dissapointment, is when you go 2-0 up as Cyprus or Faroe Islands against the likes of Germany/France etc. and the user quits late in the game..

EA have got it right in saying if it's after 15minutes, then a 3-0 win as awarded and you progress to the next round, however there is no recognition of the achievement being awarded.

Anyone else's thoughts on this....

Its happened to me, i was Faroe against England, went 2-0 up and the other guy quit and BLAMMO. Achievement Unlocked.

Well people quit on me when i was seed 5 6 7 and never got the achievements, i got them only when i beat them and the match run was completed.

I almost didn't bother after all the people that quit on me.

i've noted no... it annoys me, but i'll be a lot more satisfied when i get them (only need to win with 7th seed) at least it stops people constantly boosting, or quitting out, ie. getting all 14 achievements in 15minutes... but leave bad feedback and file complaints, get enough complaints you'll end up with a temp ban from xbox live

I have had it happen once and the achievementsdont unlock..happens for fifa too they dont count as ranked wins.

Side Question: I didnt want to start a new hread so how do you quit out of the online knock out cup when you win a game and want to start again to use a different team?

Lol good call i just start the game and let the other team win like 10 nil...hopefully when i want the win ill come across someone else doing that.

It sould be funny if i ever face someone second round and we both wanna loose....

I'm having that problem too, I don't wanna carry on with France lol but I have too much self pride to just chuck the match away hopefully I'll get slaughtered by someone next match though. How long are the cup matches each half btw? I just can't seem to win with anyone but France on the online knockout cup! Also is it me or does NOBODY have mics on this game?!

The online quitting is getting ridiculous, you should deffo get the achievement if the other person quits early...

i Had so many people quit on me when leading with a 7th seed team. It became unbearable. Also when the servers freeze also thats annoying as hell

i like the way ea have done the online achievements, where you have to use lower ranked teams, i finally got the 7th seed win achievement today but damn was it frustrating, would have had it a while back if it weren't for me xbox freezing or getting the dirty disc error or people quitting (which happened 3 times)
