Looking at the arcade section on xbox.com
I noticed something, it could be a coincedence but whatever. On the arcade wednesday list thing there is a space between Pacman and Texas hold em and on the arcade page they moved Lumines next to texas. Maybe they are planning to release it in the mystery date.

From what I can tell, the "Wednesday Live Arcade" releases will continue this month...
Aug 02 = SF2 Aug 09 = Pac-Man Aug 16 = ? Aug 23 = Texas Hold 'em I'm guessing Lumines will be released on the 16th? Maybe my information is off... but this is also how they are layed out (left to right) on the xbox page.

Well on the xbox.com page for lumines live it says July 2006, guess that won't be happening
