I don't know, they look like they could be legit, but again were are the gamer tag pics and were is your gamer tag when comparing. If they do turn out to be real I'm not liking "The Key To The City" one. They just announced the social club were they said they are only giving it to the first ten players to get 100%. That would be BS.
This isn't an achievement list? How the hell do we know what the titles tie up to?
And as far as the key to the city one goes, I reckon it will be 100% and not one of the first 10.

Key to the city could be the GTA equivalent to the 0 point cheat code one in Superman Returns, or maybe just complete all missions. If it is for 100%-ing the game then it better have a decent score.
"One Man Army" is an actual achievement reported by Kotaku in a preview they had back in February, so at least that achievement is confirmed.
Quote:
Bellic turns and runs down a grass hill to another highway, but two police cars are already descending on him. Above a helicopter is following. He pulls out that rocket launcher from his pocket, looks up at the sky and fires off a shot at the copter. It's hit, smoke billows from its engine, it starts to spiral, dropping suddenly to the ground about 100 feet from Bellic and explodes.
An alert pops up on the screen "ONE MAN ARMY ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED" before the demo player quickly gets rid of it and uses a cheat to rid himself of his escalating wanted level.
For anyone who thinks this is real, not saying I wish it wasn't real...just pointing this out, why is there an account for RS NYC 1, but not RS NYC 2, or RS NYC 3?
Not to mention, even if this wasn't faked and the achievements are real, they're hidden. So, unless he knows RS NYC 1 personally and added him, this is fake.
Also, why would it take a minute or two to go from one pack of 6 achievements to the next?

I sure hope Keys to the City is not to the first 10 people to get 100%. If it is... I'm sorry to all those of you who are not taking the day off like I am.
Complete the story mode in 30 hours? Will that even be possible with this game? I saw a comment on another gaming website that had a preview of GTA IV saying it took most testers playing 4 hours a day for two weeks to beat the game...so 30 hours seems too little. I would really hate that if it was true because then I could never take a break and fuck around instead of doing missions. Other than that most of the achievements look legit but we still have yet to see anything official looking.
How could an achievement be unlocking all islands as all islands are unlocked from the start of the game
The game isn't open from the start. You have to unlock each area.

They all come from the same forum post on the Gamespot forums.

if this was legit, we would have descriptions, relax urself, wheres that second guy being compared 2, if its legit, snap shot the "games list" with the GTA icon on it
I think the list is fake as hell! If you look at the image really closely, it looks as though someone has photoshoped it. If this was a picture, there wouldn't been a funny haze around each achievement title, player name, time, etc... look really closely. I think it's just a scam but that's my opinion.

It's not photoshopped, and if it is then they did a fucking amazing job. Photoshopping text is one of the hardest things to make look natural, because you have to find the perfect font and spend a hell of a long time and effort to make it blend perfectly.
I zoomed in to the image at 500% and the only "funny haze" are the same compression artifacts which you see in any screenshot containing text.
I think they are real. I look forward to diving back into the GTA universe.
Question: When the heck are they going to stop making those stupid "Find X # of something" achievements".
At first I thought they making them to basically add achievements because developers had not caught onto them yet. Now I think everyone understands them and knows how to build fun achievements into games. But they keep putting that crap into games. I am tired of finding flags, wheels, and for the LOVE OF GOD KITTENS!!!
They are not fun and no one in their right mind can find them without some type of map. Ok, I'm done ranting.
