Midnight launch?

I honestly think that this game will be big enough for midnight launches. Other than Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time, Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie were the most discussed and impressive single player titles of that era. It's been 8 years since Banjo-Tooie was released (I got it launch), and there's a HUGE fanbase who'll be looking forward to BK3.

What do you guys think? (I'm just trying to get this board going)

I'm with you in looking forward to this game. I don't know if it will warrant a midnight release, those tend to be for huge titles like madden, halo, super smash, or gears. I would for sure pick it up that morning though. I don't see this game being as huge, sales wise, as the previous mentioned especially given Rare's lack of success since its N64 days.

im looking forward to it, but i doubt there would be a midnight launch, they would really need to kick up the hipe and releash some news!

I don't think Rare has the reputation to get a midnight launch anymore. This game hasn't gotten enough hype to deserve one. Which is sad, because I think it's worthy of it.

I would buy it on a midnight launch. The very first one launched on my birthday. I'll probably just preorder this one on the internet though.

I'm not sure which one I'm more excited for the original banjo that's coming with the pre-order of Banjo 3, or Banjo 3 itself. This vehicle business still has me crossed.
