The roadmap is incorrect!

There are actually multiple missable achievements:
Acme Lost a Customer
Thanksgiving Dinner
Check Out That Rack
Don't Drive Angry
Is That Howard's Cousin
It's Raining Hen
&
Upland Bird Slam Cup

Keep in mind that the Pheasant (level 93) isn't the only missable bird for the Upland bird slam. The Hungarian Partridge (level 53) is also missable.

*I recommend using the Animal List thread if you want all acheivements on your first playthrough.
