Who's better?: Ben or PriestMLH

if you dont know them... i think its obvious these two are the GH3 legends of youtube.... so i was wondering who is better? Priest sounds like someone in the 20's? and Ben is an 8 year old....

im gonna have to go with ben solely because he often plays without looking at the screen...sure its usually during the easiest parts of the song...but its still amazing and ive never seen priest do that!

They are both great players no doubt. I voted for Priest because I like him better. By the way, Ben is 9 now. He was 8 in January 2007 when he joined. But what about everyone else, HellAshes, iamchris4life, Piso, L07, K3V

ive seen them on scorehero but i never saw them on youtube... mainly since ben and Priest hogs the gh3 channel lol

Priest simply because he has a life and is still hella good. I can only assume that ben plays gh3 all the time because he can play without looking, call me ignorant or whatever but he has to play a hell of a lot to be able to do that.
Plus, priest is a plain badass and i like him better.. Personally I don't think ben is that good. Well, he's good, he's just not priest,k3v,wulfe,lo7, james, chris or hellashes good.

Then again I've never looked at his SH so i might be wrong

kev and Lo7 are both excellent players also. As is jameslikecoulter.

I'd probably put Ben in the top 10. I don't think he really tries for high scores as much as these other guys, he just plays for fun, and for his dad (or whoever that is).

i dont particularly like ben...i like priest as a person much more and his videos arent as annoying...but ben is crazy good for being so young and still staying so consistently good.

None of them are "the best" or "great" because they're all playing a crappy poorly made guitar simulated game thats just a rip off of DDR and twister....

Seriously, I'd be impressed if an 8 year old could play an electric guitar at his age, but sadly, seeing him play a guitar made by Fisher Price is no surpise at all....

Oh, and that is not jealously, its anger, because people think they have skill on a video game thats not going to get them anywhere in life.

Oh yeah, and Priest ftw just because I don't like the way Ben shows off all the time, although I do respect him as a very good GH player.

You can use that same concept on any other game YOU enjoy playing. Take Call of Duty 4 for example. If you're the best in that, that doesn't mean you can go out into war, and start killing everyone, and expect to be the best with whatever weapon you prefer using in CoD4. Because honestly CoD4 will take you nowhere in life either. And on topic I enjoy Priest's videos over Ben's.

umm...he does play electric guitar...his dad and brother gave him lessons or something...i remember seeing a video of him practicing, but i dont know where it is. and you obviously are jealous that you arent any good at the game or else you wouldnt be coming into this forum and trying to stir crap up. its okay...you just need to practice...we were all bad at the game at some point.

C'mon Shon I know you're a modest guy but you should definitely be on this list no doubt. You are definitely moving towards the front day by day, I mean a 47 note streak on Fast Solo A and going for the first Slash Battle FC, and being top 5 expert overall in GH3.

Thats not entirely true. I played in a BF2 and CS:S tournament in the past and won money off both of them. Money will get you somewhere in life

I have to say ben. Sure Priest is good but ben can play one of the hardest songs, on expert, without looking at some parts, and he is 9 years old. Priest is good, but Ben is a genius.

You CAN win money in GH tournaments. That's how Priest used to pay for his college tuition when the WSVG was still up.

I love when people mix up my words........I never said that. I said that you should play games with crappy $5.00 guitars and Drum kits (Fisher Price?) because they don't have skills anyway, unlike real guitars and drums.....its better just to learn a real guitar or Drum kit, that way you keep the skills forever, and you earn more than $100 - $1000 if you become successful.
