Ok, I know a lot of people are asking and are curious as to what it entails for becoming a subscriber of x360a.org. So I am going to break it down so it's an easy to read and understand FAQ for everyone.
Subscribing to x360a is becoming more and more popular, also becoming one has numerous perks. To subscribe on a monthly basis CLICK HERE.
So what does it entail? Well, first of all you get the self satisfaction of helping your favorite site, x360a.org, stay afloat by helping with the cost of what it takes to upgrade and maintain the servers and to keep it the #1 Achievement Website on the internet.
You will also receive one of four different site awards to have in your awards showcase to show off to the rest of the community of how helpful you are, depending on how much per month you subscribe with, the four different awards are shown below:
Bronze = $10.00 US/month
Silver = $15.00 US/month
Gold = $20.00 US/month
Platinum = $25.00 US/month
So is there any difference of subscribing with a bronze subscription rather then a platinum one other then the fee? Well no, all subscribers receive the exact same things. It really boils down to how much you can afford.
So, what are the other perks of being a subscriber at x360a.org?
1. Site award (see above)
2. Ability to compete in all subscriber tournaments for awesome prizes no matter your post count or how long you have been a member of x360a.org.
3. You may participate in the maximum clubs without having to meet either of the normal requirements.
4. A green forum name on the sidebar to show everyone that you subscribe, which looks like so:
5. A custom title which is totally editable at anytime and how ever many times you wish, and looks like so:
6. Your subscription also counts towards donations. So, the longer you're a subscriber the higher your donation award will go. Here are the donation awards:
$1-149 $150-249 $250-349 $350-499 $500+
7. A subscriber only forum which is inaccessible to regular members and allows you to join in on subscriber only discussions, vote on game choices for tourneys, or get to know other subscribers.
8.The ability to change your forum name. (must ask an Administrator AKA Minty, Webb, Krazie or Routine to change it for you though)
x360a.org has tons and tons of information that a lot of other sites charge money for and it all comes from members of the site and is absolutely free. One way you can show your appreciation is to become a subscriber, and by becoming one you get all these perks. Do other sites give you what you get here for subscribing? One simple answer, NO.

This was a great thread. I have been considering subscribing but without a job I really don't have the money yet. In the near future I see myself subscribing and this is certainly a help.
Great idea on the post, hopefully a lot will use it. If #5 is true then I'm in line for 2 additional badges (donation & bright idea). Also, and this kind of falls under #2, if you're a subscriber you can participate in the maximum clubs from day 1 without having to meet either of the normal requirements.
EDIT: Haha sorry, I meant the 1 donation badge and the bright idea badge for the change to the maximum clubs. That's what I get for trying to do multiple things at once lol.

PM an Admin about them. And I will add the info you provided. I had no idea about the maximum clubs since I am not in them myself. Thanks man !

You could always use a pre-paid credit card thats what i use and that way your not gonna end up with bad credit since you can only spend the money you put on the card !

I think you meant "being" a subscriber, but it's all good. Just noting a small typo. I'm definitely linking this to our New/Current Member Orientation thread! Great job by the way!

I never really thought about that, but yeah, that's a good idea. I may pick one up at CVS sometime soon. The only downside, there are some ridiculous surcharges. It's all worth it though, this site deserves it!
I hope you don't mind but I changed the lay out a little bit. I know I know I removed the italics all together but you don't need them. Doesn't make them extra fancy shamncy. Anyways, awesome list and as things progress there will be more perks. Also I added a number 8. I'm pretty sure as a subscriber you can have your forum name changed but not as often as possible as it becomes a hassle.

If a person was to subscribe, how would they get the subscriber perks like access to the subscriber forum, green name, edit custom title, etc.?
RX will make your name green. To change your title go into User CP -> Edit Profile, then there should be an edit title or something to that extent. And once you hit the 'send money' button or whatever it is you have instant access to the subscriber forum, which is right under the tournaments forum.
Thinking of subscribing, but I have a question:
- If i only subscribe for one month, does that mean that after than one month period I lose my green name and my tagline? (i do not have enough money to keep this up all the time for multiple months)

You probably shouldn't subscribe if you can't afford it...
Would it be better for me to just donate then? Because I can definitely afford a little, I was just wondering which way was better for me to give the site a little money.

Honestly, I don't know your financial situation, but donations are always welcome.

I think donation would definitely be better if you cant afford to subscribe every month.
