Billboard Help

hey some of you smarties can help me out. I'm stuck in Downtown Paradise, on the I-88 near the Baseball stadium. There is a Billboard up here near a tollbooth and i can't see anyway to get to it. It's directly east of the tollbooth hanging over the westbound lanes with no ramps I can see.

HALP!

Ah, OK got it. I found the parking garage off first and did the ramp onto the freeway. I wonder if you guys can suggest a good 'billboard collecting' car.
