memory glitches

If I missed the 85% during the game can I replay the memory blocks to get the ones I missed or will I have to start again like the lucy dialog?

Nevermind I just got it lol

I was missing a few in the 1st memory block and once it got to the end of the cut scene when your target stabs the man in the back it popped up
