Survival mode ?

if the time runs out in survival mode do i have to start over from 1-1 or will i get to continue from the last completed point...i am stuck on 8-1 and am afraid to just keep trying as the time gets close cause i dont wanna have to start over again any info would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

in case any one checks this it just starts you back from the last stage you where on i found that out by accident but non the less it does

it depends....... it will stay at the checkpoint if u stay in the game, however if you quit and return later, ur back at 8-1
