You are just like me. Haha. I always go on for a long time and post a bunch. I love paint it black, knights of cydonia (great song, kind of hard), prayer of the refugee, barracuda, paranoid, cliffs of dover, black magic woman, welcome to the jungle, bulls of parade, the tom morello battle, and 3's and 7's. I think thats it. I hate hit me with your best shot and the TTFAF intro. Amazing song, but the intro I can't tap well so I haven't beaten it yet.

Hello all. My first post ever. I hate to be negative, but the game is called Legends of Rock. Now, I understand some legendary bands won't allow the rights to their music, and many styles must be represented, but I believe that there are WAAAAY to many modern songs on this game. Sorry, but if a group has been around two or three years, their guitar player is not a Legend, no matter how good he or she is. Also, there are quite a few songs that have challenging riffs and rhythms but forgettable solos, if any. There's no question this is a great game and a great addition to the GH canon, but I preferred the songs on GH2 as a whole much better.
If I had to pick a favourite for this game, it would probably be a three way tie between Slow Ride, Black Magic Woman and Paint It, Black. |

Its a close call, but I'm going to have to go with Iron Maiden. Number of the Beast is an awesome song. Followed closely behind is Dragonforce. I've literally waited since GHII was announced to get a Dragonforce song on the game. My friend had a hacked PS2 version w/ TtFaF, and it was far from awesome. Its my favorite song

I love me some Killswitch Engage - My Curse and the In Flames song. It can really piss me off though when i'm playing online and the other person picks songs that I really don't like. Some guy last night picked Story of My Life and then Anarchy in the UK. I wanted/ should have quit out. The first one makes me fall asleep and the second makes me want to punch someone in the throat, many many times.

smashing pumpkins song, been waiting for one from them for a while, other than that i do like stevie ray (always hear it in my dads car) and zz top, you can really tap/ stomp your boot to those 2 songs.

I absolutely LOVE playing Striken and Cult of Personality from Tier 7. lol I'm a bit biased cause I already listen to and liked those songs to begin with. So playing them on Guitar Hero made me love them even more!

I would have to say it's between Through the Fires and the Flame and Story of My Life. Idk always loved story of my life since I heard the Reel Big Fish cover of it.

I love to play Welcome to the Jungle, Paint It Black, and Prayer of the Refugee. When playing online, I'll almost always pick Welcome to the Jungle or Prayer of the Refugee to play. There are a lot more songs that I like to play, but those have got to be my favorites.

Cliffs of Dover- Best song without vocals out of all three games, I love this song!
I also like Welcome to the Jungle, One's Uber solo, Devil Went Down to Georgia, TtFaF, Paranoid... Guitar Hero 3's Master Tracks are just too awesome |

Hands down FCPREMIX, The Fall of Troy's one of my favorite bands ever. I was rooting for this song before the tracks for GH3 were even released. When the first thread of "what do you want to see as DLC" for GH2 came up, what do you think I said?
