Vault 22 Terminal Question

I'm having trouble finding the terminal with entries 3,4,5 on it. I've already caused the explosion for Keely, but I convinced her to save the data. Now she's sitting at a terminal that needs a key to be unlocked, and I'm wondering if I blew my chance to get that data. Am I looking at the wrong terminal (I feel like I've scoured the entire friggin' vault) or did the order I finished the quest in botch finishing the mission?

Side question: if I did make the mission un-completable, is there a way to change the course of helping Veronica and the Brotherhood on the quest Still in the Dark to go after the ray gun?

For The terminals go to the second floor and take a right for them or you can choose which object to go after by just talking to Veronica again.
