Awakened Chpt 2 Infidels circuit question (spoilers)

Now that I'm in the appropriate forum, hopefully someone will have a solution. There seems to be an elusive circuit in chapter 2 Infidels. I believe I picked up a circuit on the bridge and another in conning tower on a counter but after hours I have been unable to locate the third. My fear is that its randomly floating in space or something random as that. If anyone has found all three and could give some guidance it would be appreciated
