Yeah F.E.A.R was impossible but a great game but this one does look easier so im gonna rent it fiirst.

i think they look a little easier than fear's achievements...at least on these you dont have to beat the campaign without slowmo or anything like that

These look a bit easier, but I had had a lot of trouble aiming on the 360 version of fear.

Your kidding, these will be a breeze by comparison. Granted, theres still the instant action maps on extreme and thats going to be awful. But no ammo hog achievement, or no boosters and no slomo. So that eliminates a few playthroughs.

Just don't allow your flashlight to run all the way down until it turns off

FEAR was a cool game, so I will play this one for the fun of it. I won't be trying for 1000 GS however.

they look about as hard as Fear's. i will probably pick up the game eventually since the demo was great. but my hat goes off to Butters7, he is the only person on mygamercard.net that has a full 1000 in the game, he must be a beast in FEAR.

At the end of part 5 where you have to go down the ladder in the elevator shaft, I missed that booster by mistake and the next level started. Do you guys know if I have to start the game all over or is there some way to get it?

im almost positive you have to start the game over since you cant just select missions to get boosters

I have the instant acton maps done on extreme, but I am yet to beat PM. So i will have 1k soon.

Ok, so for the achievement for killing enemies with each weapon once are all the weapons in the PM game? I just beat it using every weapon at least once to kill an enemy except the auto shotgun and the machine pistols and didn't get the achievements but at the same time I couldn't find those two weapons anywhere in the game.

Those two weapons arent in the PMandate. Make sure you get a kill with each type of grenade, one melee, and a kill with the portable turret.

I completly forgot about grenades. Though ironically the only one i forgot was the remote bomb.

I think the achievments are way more easier than the original FEAR as the original had lots of tedious wpn ach's which are / were very time consuming. Now FEAR FILES achievments are not that hard and will not take half aslong as it would to complete them like on FEAR...

Do you get the achievement right after making the kill or do you get it at the end of the game? I got a kill with every weapon and grenade, even killed guys with all 3 melee attacks and still didn't get the achievement so I guess I gotta try it again.

Good job. Files does have easier and less time consuming achieves then FEAR. The only challenging one in Files is Glutton for Punishment.
