hello there can someone help me win the online cup i've been to the final half a dozen times and keep getting shat on.

Your best bet matey is to look/post in the 'filling cabinet's thread a couple of links down or by clicking here.

Track back and see how several groups of people (including myself) have set up successful boosting sessions.

I'm sure if you post a list looking for people to join in, you'll fill it easily.
