x360a Rep [Guide] PowerPyx [Video] DOPE BOI [MP] MyRifleIsBroken [MP/SP] JimmyHACK [SP] Everyone Else Useful Links: Collectables Guide Achievement Trading Thread ![]() Overview: - Estimated difficulty: 4/10 - Offline: 35/50 - 750 - Online: 15/50 - 250 - Minimum time to 1000: 12-20 Hrs Story & 40-55 Hrs Multiplayer [With Boosting] / 80-100 Hrs Multiplayer [Without Boosting] - Possible Change. See Roadmap - Minimum playthroughs needed: 1 + Multiplayer - Cheats affect achievements: No - Difficulty affects achievements: No - Missable achievements: 1 - Glitchy achievements: 0 - Unobtainable achievements: 0 - Extra equipment needed: No Introduction: Tomb Raider explores the intense and gritty origin story of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to a hardened survivor. Armed only with raw instincts and the ability to push beyond the limits of human endurance, Lara must fight to unravel the dark history of a forgotten island to escape its relentless hold. Welcome to the new instalment of Tomb Raider. This game is quite a delight to play and an easy 100%. Achievement wise, everything is pretty straight forward and shouldn't cause you any trouble. All achievements can be unlocked by playing through the game once but as always, scan through the roadmap and guide first so you know what you'll be tasked with. Playthrough: Playing through the game once should net you the total offline score of 750 If by chance you miss any of the achievements listed below in the guide, you can Fast Travel back via a Base Camp to a previous location and seek out what you missed. I'd make sure to you keep track of what gun kills you've achieved and swap your weapon when you need to. As it's been noted that the enemies may not respawn after you've pasted certain points. If you complete the game but still need to grab some remaining achievements, you can hit 'Continue' from the main menu and get straight back into the game where you left off. Multiplayer: Word in the Square Enix office is that a patch is coming to the game that'll make the General character free for all players. Doing so means that you will no longer need to reach Prestige 3. All you'll need to do is reach Level 58 and then buy the remaining Characters and Upgrades. Until further confirmation has be announced, it is still up to you if you want to wait or keep levelling through the Prestige's. The Multiplayer is the long haul of the game. Luckily there is a quick and effect method to boosting which cuts the time down dramatically. If you don't feel like boosting, then you're looking into a high number of hours to complete it. All the achievements except for one - 'I'm all that!' - can be unlocked in a Private Match with friends, so if you don't like the multiplayer, feel free to do it this way. The last achievement you'll unlock is 'Shopaholic' as for this you'll need to reach Prestige 3 - Level 58 to make everything become available. For more details, please see the 'True Commitment' achievement at the bottom of the guide. Collectables: You'll have a quite a few collectables to find and obtain as you play through the games story. These consist of Documents, Relics and GPS Caches. Each one has two achievements relating to it and then a final overall one linked to finding all 100% of each three. All are scattered throughout the story and places you visit. Some are also not accessible to you at certain points due to you not having the right equipment. This means there will be some back tracking to certain areas once you have the right gear or weapon. The game makes it easier for you due to the Treasure Maps you can obtain which reveal all the locations of any missing collectable. If by chance you miss any of them, you can Fast Travel back via a Base Camp to a previous location and seek out what you missed. You can also buy new Skills which will show you the locations of any missed collectables. So unlocking these will help you find any you've passed. If you complete the game but still need to grab some remaining achievements, you can hit 'Continue' from the main menu and get straight back into the game where you left off. Missables: There is only 1 achievement which is missable and that's 'Chatterbox'. Missing one conversation in the game for the Chatterbox achievement will require you to start a new game. So please review the achievement below in the guide to make sure you don't miss one of the many conversations as you play through the story. Conclusion: Completing the game and getting all the achievements shouldn't cause you too many issues. There is no difficulty setting and everything can be gathered in your first playthrough. The only thing that'll take time is the multiplayer but with the boosting method, at least it won't as long.

Scrounger 205000 pieces of salvage collected. To collect Salvage, simply play the game. You'll get it from Looting bodies, opening crates, completing Challenges and so forth. This achievement is cumulative, so feel free to spend any Salvage you collect. As soon as you've collect 5,000 pieces, over the course of your game the achievement will unlock. Picky 15200 enemies looted. There's more than enough enemies in the game to unlock this. Each time you kill an enemy NPC, head over to their dead body and press to Loot them. If you have big selection of bodies to choose from, you can press to reveal which ones you've Looted and haven't. Clever Girl 25Purchased all skills in one category. Please refer to 'Lethal' for more information. The best and easiest Skill set to upgrade for this achievement is the Survival. Though it has more Skills than say the Brawler tree, it's actually unlocked from the start compared to the latter. Meaning you'll be buying Skills from there before it unlocks. Some of the Skills are quite handy as well. Each tree though has a Skill that is only unlocked once you reach the top level that is Specialist. So move onto another one and buy some more Skills until you've reach Tier 3, to be able to buy the last Skill under the Survival tree. Lethal 50Purchased all skills in all categories. To upgrade any of Lara's Skills, you'll need to gain XP as you play through the game. XP can be gained by killing enemy NPCs, completing objectives, Looting etc. Gathering enough XP will help you level up Lara and gain Skill Points to use and Master new Skills. To access your Skills, you'll need to be at any Base Camp. Enter the Base Camp and select the Skills menu. Here you'll presented with 3 categories - Survivor, Hunter & Brawler. Each one holds it's own set of Skills you can Master with the Skill Points you've earned. Each new Skill only costs 1 Skill Point but some do not unlock until you reach a new Level and have brought a set amount of new Skills. Below is a list of all the Skills. Survivor
Hunter
Brawler
Now We're Getting Serious 25One weapon fully modded and completely upgraded. Please refer to 'The Professional' for more information. The easiest weapon to Upgrade and Modify for this achievement is the Bow as it's the first weapon you'll unlock and use. This means you'll likely come across it's weapon Parts quite early on in the game. You'll most likely not get this before you've obtained all the other weapons, and you may get more Parts for them than the Bow, but the Upgrades for it are a little cheaper and there's less of them. The Professional 50All weapons fully modded and completely upgraded. To Upgrade and Modify any of Lara's weapons, you'll need to gain Salvage as you play through the game and find the specific weapon Parts. Salvage and new Parts can be gained by Looting dead enemy NPCs, completing objectives etc. To access your Skills, you'll need to be at a Base Camp. Enter the Base Camp and select the Gear menu. Here you'll presented with a list of your weapons. Once you have the Parts and Salvage, you can Upgrade and Modify the weapon. Below is a list of all the weapons, their Parts and the cost of Salvage you'll need for each one. Climbing Axe
Bow
Handgun
Rifle
Shotgun
Big Game Hunter 1510 large animals killed and looted. As you play through the game, you'll come across areas where wild animals roam. Below is a list of all the large animals in the game.
to Loot it. Simply find and do this to another 9 large animals. Tastes Like Chicken! 1510 small animals killed and looted. As you play through the game, you'll come across areas where wild animals roam. Below is a list of all the small animals in the game.
to Loot it. Simply find and do this to another 9 small animals. Feather Duster 1510 flying animals killed and looted. As you play through the game, you'll come across areas where wild animals roam. Below is a list of all the flying animals in the game.
to Loot it. Simply find and do this to another 9 flying animals.

Sharp Shooter 1550 headshot kills performed in the single player campaign. While playing through the game you should automatically be aiming for headshots as they're quick kills and give you more XP. The best way to get a headshot is to wait until the enemy NPC has taken cover. Then aim and hold your targeting cursor over the general area they will pop out of to attack you. Once they're out of cover, quickly aim for the head and take your shot. Use any weapon you see fit, though it's recommended you use something with good accuracy like the Pistol or your Bow. A headshot will only count if you see the words pop up on the left where your XP bar increases. So make sure you spot this for it to count. Predator 1050 enemies killed with the bow. Please refer to 'Gunslinger' for more information. The Bow is the very first weapon you'll get when you start the game. So this should be the first of all the weapon related achievements you'll unlock. I recommend you aim for the head as much as you while going for the 50 kills. This will help you in the long run with the 'Sharp Shooter' achievement. Equalizer 1075 enemies killed with the rifle. Please refer to 'Gunslinger' for more information. The Rifle is the third weapon you'll obtain as you advance through the games story. Once it's yours, proceed to get 75 kills with it. Widowmaker 1040 enemies killed with the shotgun. Please refer to 'Gunslinger' for more information. The Shotgun is the fourth weapon you'll obtain as you advance through the games story. Once it's yours, proceed to get 40 kills with it. Gunslinger 1035 enemies killed with the pistol. You should not have any issues with getting the required kills with each weapon as long as you stick to one at a time. As soon as one of the achievements unlocks, move onto the next weapon in your inventory. If by chance you're short of a few kills, you can return back to some of your Base Camps to kill any respawned enemies. One of the best places is the 'Shanty Town'. All NPCs that attack you personally count as an enemy, this also includes Wolves. The Pistol is the second weapon you'll obtain as you advance through the games story. Once it's yours, proceed to get 35 kills with it. Epic Fumble 15Forced an enemy to drop dynamite that killed two people. *Missable* This achievements can be missable due to the fact that the situation you need the enemy in comes quite rarely as you play through the game and is based on luck in most cases. Though it isn't hard to come across dynamite throwing enemies later on in the game, it's luck of having another guy close enough, and you being able to knock it out of his hand before the other moves away. Throughout the game you will encounter enemy NPCs carrying molotov's and dynamite. The dynamite will show a red warning symbol when it is close by. For this achievement, you will need to kill an enemy right before he throws his dynamite. When in situations where you have several enemies up on a ledge, with one of them toting dynamite, simply shoot the dynamite holder causing it to drop. Sometimes the dynamite will drop out of their hands without them dying. If this happens then you will only need another enemy close by in order to unlock this. If he does die, then you will need two enemies next to him when the dynamite goes off. There's usually always a guy with dynamite when you're in big gunfights, so you will definitely have enough chances throughout the game to unlock this. It's also recommended to attempt this achievement before finishing the story mode, as there will more than likely not be enough enemies around carrying dynamite when it's finished. Below in the a good spot to unlock this achievement. Be warned there's a slight spoiler.
Get Over Here! 205 enemies rope pulled off edges. While progressing through the story, you'll soon be able to fire out ropes from your Bow in order to get to certain places in the game. You will also be able to use those ropes to fire it at an enemy and pull them towards you, or off of ledges. Simply aim for the upper part of an enemies body and fire the rope out using the button. This achievement can be very irritable, since sometimes the enemy will not go very far once pulled. It's best to get this out of the way as soon as you can. Opportunist 1525 unaware enemies killed. Throughout the game there will be a more than enough situations where Lara will encounter enemies having a conversation or standing around. Wait for the enemies to split paths, then take them out with the Bow so it won't cause any noise. Just make sure you have standard arrows and not Fire or Napalm selected. If you feel you can get close to the enemy, you can also take him down using your Stealth attack. Only use this if you know you won't get caught and miss out on other opportunities to get multiple unaware kills in a row. Down and Dirty 1515 finishers performed. To preform a Finisher move you'll first need to stun/stagger and enemy NPC. To do so, shoot them in the chest or anywhere in the lower half of their body (legs work well). If you've Mastered it, you can also use your 'Dodge Counter' Skill. Doing anyone of these on the enemy will stun them for a few seconds and you'll be presented with a skull icon above their head. Once you see this. Run in close and a button icon will then pop up. Once you're close enough that the pops up, press it to kill the enemy with you Finisher. Now repeat this process 14 more times to unlock the achievement. Deadeye 2010 enemies shot off zip lines. There will be many situations in the game that will have enemies going back and forth on ziplines. Usually they are in large open areas where there are a good amount of enemies nearby. Focus on the enemies that are ziplining as they get off and on it real quick. It's best to try to knock this achievement off before completing the game, as there will only be a small amount of enemies left after you're finished. Former Adventurer 2025 enemies incapacitated with dodge counter. For this achievement you'll first have to purchase the 'Dodge Counter' Skill from the Brawler tree. You'll need to dodge an enemies attack by pressing and pressing right after to stab an arrow into their knee. Timing is key for this as you will need to match the circle at the correct time.Try to attempt this achievement before unlocking better counter upgrades such as the 'Dodge Kill' and 'Dodge Kill Mastery' as those will most likely kill the enemy, which is not what you want to do. Larger enemies with tougher armour will take a couple counters in order for them to be incapacitated. For the Dodge and Counter to count, you must make sure the enemy goes down onto their knees and the Finisher icon/ must pop up above their head. If this does not happen, if does not count. You cannot use the move over and over on one target. It is one Dodge Counter per-enemy and that is it. Doing it more then once, will not count towards your total.

Adventurer 20Played a match to completion in all multiplayer modes. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Playing these in a Private Match is a lot easier and faster but feel free to play online with the community. In total, there's 4 gametypes to play. If you're doing this in a Private Match, set up each game/round to the lowest time period [5 minutes] and start the game. Now yo just have to wait for the rounds and game to end. Sadly, you cannot leave your the game to run. If you do not move around, you'll get a notification and shortly after be booted form the game. Once it's ended, back out and start a new game on a different gametype. Below is a list of all the gametypes that you have to play through to completion.
Artilleryman 2020 enemy players killed with a turret in multiplayer. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Grab a friend and start up a Private Match. You can choose any map as all have a turret located in them. You can also choose any gametype. Now start up the game and have both players located the turret within the chosen map. Now have the player getting the achievement mount the turret and have victim stand there in front of it. Whoever has the turret now just needs to use it and kill the second player 20 times. This is really simply and there's really no difficulty behind it. Once one player is done, swap over. These kills are cumulative, so if you don't get all 20 in one match, simply start up another. Down Boy! 10Zip-lining enemy killed in multiplayer. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Load up a Private Match on the Beach as this map a fair few zip-lines for you slide down. Choose a zip-line and meet up with your partner. It doesn't matter if you're up top with them or waiting and looking up from below. Now be ready aiming at your partner with your gun and ready to make the kill. Have them press to zip-line down and as soon as they're close enough or you can make the kill while they're still in mid air, do so. Making sure you kill them before they land and hit the ground will net you the achievement Entrapment 10Trapped an enemy in multiplayer. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* On each map, you'll come across a small tangle of ropes laying on the floor. These are your Snare Traps. Head up to one, and simply press to arm and set the Trap. Now have you boosting partner walk over it.Doing so will set the Trap off and pull them up into the making them hang upside-down. Once the other player has been caught, the achievement will unlock Escapist 20Survived 10 explosions in multiplayer. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* You can do this one solo. Set-up a Private Match game as usual and make sure you have some grenades equip. Once the game starts, simply aim a little ahead of you and throw your grenade down at the floor. Making sure it's not too far that it won't hurt you or too close that it'll kill you. If done right, it'll explode and hurt you. Now run around the map you've chosen and fine a Salvage crate. Open it up and you should receive some new grenades. Now repeat the process 9 more times. Good Samaritan 10Revived a teammate in a multiplayer match. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* You'll need 3 people to boost this one. Once you have your team, select the Rescue gametype and then make sure it's a 2 vs. 1 game. The lone player has to be Solarii while the other 2 need to be Survivors. Now start the game and meet up in a central location. From here, simply have the lone team player kill/down one of the opposite guys and then have the team-mate still alive get close. While the downed person is in "Last Stand" mode, your partner can press to revive him. So get close while they're down and bring them back to life before they die and the achievement will unlock. I'm all that! 25Won a ranked match in every multiplayer mode. This can be boosted by inviting your friends into the ranked game you're currently in or loading up, but it may prove a little tricky when trying to match the parties up. So it may be best trying this the normal way in actually playing and trying to win the games. Again, there are 4 gametypes to play and win in. Any that are set in rounds, you must win the majority of them for it to count as a win. Below is a list of the gametypes you must play and win in.

Sole Survivor 15Sole survivor on your multiplayer team. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* You'll need 3 people to boost this one. Once you have your team, select the Team Deathmatch gametype and then make sure it's a 2 vs. 1 game. Now start the game and meet up in a central location. From here, simply have the lone team player kill one of the opposite guys and the one still alive will receive the achievement. Lights Out 1510 multiplayer enemies killed with the melee attack. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Load up a Private Match and choose any gametype/map. Once everything has loaded, have you and your partner meet up. To use the Melee attack, all you need to go is tap or hold down . You do not need to do a full Charged Melee attack for it to count or kill your opponent, you can simply stand there and tap away at or attack from behind to perform an Execution. Simply use the Melee attack in any style 10 times to kill your opponent and the achievement will unlock. Master Blaster 20Two multiplayer enemies killed with one explosive. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Set-up any Free For All Private Match and make sure you have two friends with you. Once the game starts, you can either do this two ways. Use a grenade or a barrel. Either method works and counts for the achievement, so the choice is yours. Whatever method you take, have two people group up close together. The person getting the achievement now just needs to make the explosion that'll kill them. So if it's a grenade. Chuck it at their feet and back up - easy. If it's a barrel, have the two other players huddle up close to it and then put a few shots into the barrel to make it explode. Both methods are quick and easy and you shouldn't have any problems. Monkey Around 15Survived 3 times in multiplayer by using the rope ascender. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Start up your Private Match with your partner and choose any map and a Free for All gametype. Once all is done, start the game and meet up at the base of a zip-line. You'll now want to learn how to use the Rope Ascender move, and it's fair simply. When at the base of a zip-line, press to jump onto it. Now start to climb up and press . This will now launch you right up to the stop on the zip-line in an instant to get away from your opponent. Now you know this, get back to the base. Have your opponent, shoot you until you health is down low. Once it's reach a good limit, jump onto the wire - the player being shot - and press . Once you've reach the top, let your health regenerate a little, then zip-line back down to you partner.Once your health is full again, simply repeat this process two more times and one your 3rd Rope Ascend the achievement will unlock. Narcissistic 10New character purchased. Please refer to 'Shopaholic' for more information. On My Way Up 10Multiplayer level 10 attained. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Please refer to 'True Commitment' for more information. Shopaholic 20Purchased all upgrades and characters in multiplayer. *Can be Boosted in a Private Match* Footnote: Word in the Square Enix office is that a patch is coming to the game that'll make the General character free for all players. Doing so means that you will no longer need to reach Prestige 3. All you'll need to do is reach Level 58 and then buy the remaining Characters and Upgrades. Until further confirmation has be announced, it is still up to you if you want to wait or keep levelling through the Prestige's. Please refer to 'True Commitment' for more information. It's advised you read the information there before you continue. To unlock and be able to purchase everything, you'll have to reach Prestige 3 - Level 58. For all the Upgrades you'll need around 170,000 Salvage to hand to make sure you can purchase all of them. This covers both the Primary and Secondary Upgrades for all the weapons that unlock over the course of your levelling up to Prestige 3 - Level 58. Below is a list of all the Characters as well as the Salvage cost for each and any set Level they unlock at. Characters - Survivors
Characters - Solarii
True Commitment 30Multiplayer level 60 attained. To reach level 60 you'll need a total of 1,771,100 XP. This is quite a lot to gain and will take you around 15-18 hours to reach even if you boost. Most of the multiplayer achievements can be obtained and unlocked via a Private Match. This means that you can Level up, gain Salvage and cut-down the game time by doing it this way. By using one of the simple boosting methods linked below, you can complete the majority of the multiplayer and it's related achievements in around 45-55 hours which is a lot shorter than if you didn't boost. From the two boosting methods below, the Coop one will earn you more over time, compared to Solo one. Coop Boosting Link Solo Boosting Link

Boom Goes the Dynamite 10Bundle of dynamite shot out of the air. *Secret* The description explains what you need to do here. Over the course of the game you'll come across some enemy NPCs who'll decide to throw dynamite at you. Upon doing so this is where you'll have to shoot and destroy it while it's mid-air. Your best bet it to use a weapon like the Shotgun or Rifle. These have a better chance of hitting the dynamite due to the spread of bullets or the general firing rate. Crab Cakes 5FeeFee the crab killed. *Secret* The achievement can be located at the 'Shipwreck Beach' Base Camp. You'll need to head down along a beach to meet back up with your crew. During the section on the beach, you should see some crabs scurrying around. If you don't, head back up the hill to the Base Camp and back down to hopefully spawn them. Once you've spotted one, head up to it and simply kill it. You can use whatever weapon you want. All you need to do is kill one to unlock the achievement. ![]() Chatterbox 5All conversations with the Endurance crew completed. *Secret & Missable* The Endurance is the ship Lara boards to start her journey on and on board is the crew and your friends. As the story progresses, you'll be given opportunities to talk to each person - They'll have an above their head. You must make sure you talk to them until each conversation has no more dialog.Below is a list of all the occasions where these conversations take place. Please note that there will be spoilers.

Just a little info
10 flying animals killed and looted. I believe there are seagulls and crows, you encounter tons of them about 75% through the game when you reach the beach area 5000 pieces of salvage collected, This is cumulative you can spend it as often as you like 10 small animals killed and looted - Rats also count towards this and there are more than 30-50 in the game 20 enemy players killed with a turret in multiplayer - Turrets can be found on all maps in MP and all game Modes Survived 3 times in multiplayer by using the rope ascender - To use this you must be on Solar II team and all you do is press A under a rope and then hold X to ascend very fast. Have somone shoot you 2-3 times with any pistol and then hop on the rope and just hold X After doing this 3 times it will pop |

I agree it is, but there shouldn't be any reason why you miss them if you look in advance to make sure you know what you're doing and make no mistakes. |

Thanks so much for this. Was really needing to get a good grasp on the missable kills.
For crab cakes, when you are one the beachfront area later in the game with the ship crew members. there are several crabs as the beach (where the sand meets water) just kill one. My guide will be here from UPS in about an hour. Will let you know number of optional tombs and see if details on that chatterbox. Last edited by JimmyHACK; 03-01-2013 at 02:59 PM. |

Can I just say that none of the achievements are truly missable except for chatterbox and maybe crab cakes as enemies do respawn after finishing the game and they are never permanently gone after you shoot them again they will continue to respawn

You come across the tomb locations when you are in that location during day or night time as it relates to when you reach the area story wise it's night/day.

1. Lowest time peroid is 5 minutes! 2. You can't just leave the game since it will send you a -WARNING- after 85 seconds and kick you within the next 30 seconds. So you need to be active (running around etc.). If you leave the controller only for 10 seconds after the notification you will get kicked instantly. Kinda annoying if you have to start over from Round 1 (3). 3. Also the timer runs always, no pausing nor guide-button or whatsoever. |
