This was also the case in Reach, but unlike Reach, the commendation itself doesn't actually say you need to win the game in it's description.

not sure why. but i had my first perfection today but it didn't register. had a killing frenzy. carnage report showed 15 kills 0 deaths.

Needs to be in a Slayer-type game. Objective games don't count.

well that would be the reason. i feel like i'm pretty decent, but perfections are hard. especially if you don't snipe much like me.

Yeah, the only easy way to get them is to stay back with power weapons or a DMR with lots of ammo. And seeing that it must be done in a Slayer-based game, doesn't make it any easier.

Big team battle with the DMR. Only 1 perfection away from complete

I spent forever working on trying to get these but always get screwed or other bad luck. Sadly I will never have 100% on the commendations due to this.
