Skins Questions

I got my Mechro to 50 and have been trying to farm out the last few skins for her but have run into 4 that I can't find any information on how to get them. They are:

Gumming the Works
Steampunky
Lime Lollipop
Dahl Efficiency

Does anyone know how to find these? I have all side missions and almost all of the challenges completed, so I'm assuming they must be rare drops. But I'm not sure where to farm for them. If anyone knows please give me a heads up.

Well, obviously I didn't check all of them myself, but at least he knows where to check for any he is looking for in the future. I have all of those skins so I had forgotten which ones were 'unavailable'.

To the OP: MANY people have dupe versions of those skins so I am sure you can get them if you post in the dupe thread asking for them.

I'm just surprised that no-one seems to have discovered where they are from yet.

Gearbox never confirmed one way or the other, but the general consenus is that the drop rates were glitched from the start (along with the other skins for all characters, like one of the pink skins, the yellow and black, etc.). Most assumed Gbx was just going to give them away at some point during events (like the Halloween event with the yellow and black) but most stopped caring once the skins went viral. Who knows what Gbx eventually does about it, but you can bet it will be too little, too late.....at least in my opinion.

None of them look all that great, anyway....once again, in my opinion.

Ok, thanks for the information. I'll have to hit up the trade thread after work and see if I can find someone with them. I was hoping to farm them myself, but Gearbox has once again shouted NONE FOR YOU.....
