How do I win??

I have no clue. I used to be so good at FIFA games. I always seem to lose in the most ridiculous ways to the worst possible teams now (FUT).

Case in point... just now... (so frustrating I had to post)...

My 100 chem silver squad played a 28 chem bronze/silver squad. Yes you read that right, 28 chemistry. No green connections whatsoever. No rare players. No skill players. No pacey players. Weird 5xxx formation. I don't even think the manager was in the right formation.

Needless to say, I dominated possession, passed at will, got a ton of chances. yet every shot went awry, bounced off the crossbar, players slowed down for no reason, etc. Game went to extra time 0-0. I finally scored a few minutes in, and then again, and again, and again... it was 6-0 soon enough.

After a wild streak of losing games (I think I was about 5 losses in a row), I finally felt good that I would win.

Sure enough, about 2 minutes left of the game... "You have lost connection to EA Servers. You are being returned to the main menu". Never lost connection to XBL. Just EA. Gone, done. At least I was up 6-0. I go back to FUT, sure enough it gave me a 0-3 loss.

Can I snap my disc now?

with all the money they make from people buying worthless packs they should have the best servers in the world. I have lost titles the same way. Dont snap game trade it in for PES

Just don't play UT. It's terrible. Play normal seasons instead.

its absolute donkey compared to 12........theyve completely nerfed dribbling with auto contain.....this whole push pull system is ridiculous as the ref seems to favour a certain team.......the amount of times you get countered is beyond a joke (way to cater for the noobs EA!) and it seems like possession, pressure and shots on goal count for nothing because one keeper is going to have an AMAZING game and then other team will just clear the ball, get lucky and sprint through..........its such a shambles.......i play 12 more than i play 13 now, at least that was some FUN !!!

I love the new way the game plays, I think it's very different and a great improvement over 12. But I just don't get FUT. Seems like a total waste of time to me. Manager and player careers, then seasons and online friendlies for playing online.

^^This. 9 out of 10 times you face the same type of team. This morning, I won the Div 1 title online by winning my last match. I played 10 matches total. 7 or 8 of them were BPL teams with David Luiz in the back, guys like Fellaini and Touré in defensive midfield, Lennon/Walcott and alike on the sides and Podolski/Bent combo up front. The other matches were all Serie A teams, pace-abusing every possible player

What is it with the David Luiz obsession on UT? So many teams have him.

He's fast, pretty strong, and tall. So he'a very good weapon against a great amount of attackers.

0-2 in my new season because of disconnects from FUT servers.

Think I'm done with this game 100% now. Makes me sad to say (as a HUGE Fifa fan) I probably won't be buying Fifa14. At least EA has recruited a ton of new buyers in my place, right? Who cares about the hardcore loyal fans...
