Can't Upload

I am attempting to get Welcome to the creators' circle, i can't upload my characters but i can download and rate other peoples. Please help me

I've had this issue in the past with this game and also older WWE games. What you might try is uploading something smaller like a logo. You don't have to upload a character specifically to get the achievement. If that doesn't work I recommend putting your gamer tag on a thumb drive and trying to unlock the achievement at a friend's house. Something about changing the internet connection makes a difference sometimes.

There something wrong with the servers ive uploaded stuff and it disappeared. Now it wont let me upload anything.

ok, not sure why the server is acting up so bad now but I used the code on the back of the booklet to get access. do i need to buy the 1600msp thing to upload CAWs or something? it told me i needed to download that. if thats the case i'll never get the full 1000gs
