Adept and Advanced World Tournament??

I've looked around and it says buy them from the shop but even though I've beaten the novice tournament several times I NEVER see these capsules listed in the skill shop - am I doing something wrong??

Sussed the problem - I needed to complete the alternative storylines which I hadn't done yet in order to get more people unlocked as I guess there wasn't enough characters for the adept tournament.
