Great Bargain For S.H.M.U.P. Fans

Wartech: Senko no Ronde, the spiritual successor to SEGA's Virtual On, is on sale for $9.99 at Gamestop and EB Games. The game originally retailed for $59.99.

It is not a hardcore vertical shooter. Like Virtual On, it is a versus type mech game mixing ranged attacks and close combat. Being a versus game, it's lifespan will depend heavily on having friends to play against.

This hybrid S.H.M.U.P./fighting game seems to be one of those love it or hate it games. Diehard S.H.U.M.P. fans appear to find it quite good.

Anyone looking for some crazy, Japanese, robot, versus action at a bargain basement price should definitely check this one out.

Game is retailed for 30 as of late, not 60 even though it was 60 when it first came out. As for this, this is indeed a great bargain. I got mine for 30, bleh kinda wished I could of waited longer.

Dude, that's awesome. Always wanted to play this, but gameznflix doesn't carry it. I'll be picking up a copy for sure. Thanks for the heads up.

I noticed the price change too a week ago. I heard it isn't that great of a game but is it still a good pickup at $10, I'm a sucker for a bargain.
