Attribute Cap Increase?

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to increase the Attribute cap in My Career like in 2K12 you could buy the increase caps but here I don't see that option.

Maybe with the Legends Training Camps? I already did my 2 for the 1st season and then I wasn't paying attention to that aspect so I don't know if it increases the cap...

Can anyone help?
