Why is it not letting check off achievements for the DLC in the guide?

This happening to anyone else? I finally got Territorial and Aqua Incognita in a TA session, I come to the guide here to check them off, I selects save, and it does not save them being checked off. I even tested checking off achievements for Protector Trails and Minerva's Den, and it won't let me check those off either. I even unchecked and rechecked an achievement from the base game, and that works, just the DLC doesn't.

This seems to only be happening for this guide, what's wrong?
