I just bought the double dlc pack with the first 2 in there and I'm playing coc and I cant pick up any photos of maxxi or purchase anything because it keeps saying I need coc? Any ideas on what this means or how to fix it?

If you're still having problems with this issue I suggest your first step to be contacting Xbox Live Support. If they can't help you then they'll probably point you in the direction of someone who can - possibly Gearbox.
