That 4% bonus loophole for each topaz, does this work with every relic like that? say the AP bonus from sapphires relic or the basic attack bonus from rubys relic even when they are not yet active.

If so, then that's a nasty boost from a low level :P

Yep mine was just an example, work on all that say for every XXXX in your belt you get XXXX bonus, Awesomefor AP Gandalf, so op in early lvls
