Actually Free?

Is this game actually free (that's the section it's listed in on Windows 8 Store), or is it a demo? I don't want to get an achievement in the game only to find I need to purchase it to finish it (like Game Room).

Istunt (for another week get it while you can)
Gravity Guy (for another week get it while you can)
Jetpack Joyride
Gunstringer (this was free im not sure if it still is)
Samuria vs zombies
Mahjong

those all have achievements and don't require any purchase.

That's all I can think of right now.
