I can't figure out how to get the lower left light. The jet always sucks me in.

Isn't it always this way: you post and then you figure it out two minutes later?

Ok, the setup: put the the movable rope on the lowest spot, have Petit on the right jet.
Fire from the right jet. Catch Petit coming out of the left portal with the fixed rope. This will fling Petit, into the right portal and down out of the left portal, but you'll be there with movable rope grab him. This will fling him up into the right portal and thus out of the left portal right into the lower left light.

Woot, done!
