Easy(ish) chef's hat

Since this game allows same sex marriages, all you have to do is marry one of the chef's. Make your family house the castle and set your family spending to 1000 (not sure if this matters or not) and then take the chef to the bedroom and sleep for 2 days. After 2 days he will give you a gift. If its not a chef's hat, just sleep for 2 more days and he will give you another gift. Rinse and repeat. It took me about 40 gifts to get the hat finally but using this method I got it in about 15 mins.

Married him and got one gift(makeup), had a kid and got one gift(a Highwayman hat), slept 2 days and got one gift(Cook's Hat)!

Only took 3 gifts! Thank you!

You guys are lucky. Everyone in my castle is either straight or lesbian. No chef hat for me (at least on this playthrough).

I played and got it on my woman hero, then used a second controller(Gamertag) to transfer it to my male hero who had all of the clothes.

They seem to spawn anywhere from 1-4 in a game.
My first hero has 4 chefs,
My second has 3,
My friend has 2,
and my other friend has 3.

Damn, i cant get the chefs hat i did it like 30 times and i just need this clothing to get the achievement. Would anyone like to trade with me? Just send me it as a gift i will give it back.

I'm suffering the same fate, after forty gifts he simply won't give up the chefs hat, it's either tattoo's, furniture or other useless junk

damn these fable 3 achievements lol, also i found that my achievement got glitched or something, i check my achievements and shows 930 gamerscore then when i compared my gamerscore with my friend it shows 950??? this happen before with bad company 2

It took me quite a few gifts to get the hat. It was insane.

so while i was stocking up on toys for the orphans for the 20 Friends cheevo i found a chefs hat in a chest on the 2nd floor of the last house on the right, if your facing out from the orphanage. random? maybe, maybe not

You can get a chef's hat in a chest, but it's random. A friend of mine got it in a chest behind a house near the Demon Door in Millfields, but I tried on 3 separate characters and got a Male Mercenary Hat, 1000 gold, and a pearl.

I play as a woman chara in the lobby of a friend and get it without doing anything. Just play the game and dadaaa theres a chef's hat. Don't know where it's from. I get it in the beginning of the game...

EDIT: Ok done, it was a chest. Lady Luck was on my site...

I don't know if it's random, but I found mine in a dive spot at Bowerstone Old Town and it may be worth it to check the same place. Run down to the beach and swim out to the right side (if you're facing the water from the beach.)

For anyone who needs the chef's hat as their last piece of clothing, if you'll give it back when the achievement pops then you can use mine. Just be sure to give it back because I don't have the clothing achievement yet (just need to borrow someone's Women's Masquerade outfit).
