How many XBOW kills do you have?

I freaking love the crossbow! I'm using it as a cheap primary weapon mostly in Rush and can't stop using it. I'm sure I'll get bored of it soon enough. Just hit 120 kills. I don't use the scope.

35-45, not sure exactly, I'd have to check on Battlelog or BF3Stats. It's definitely a lot of fun to use, though!

Just crossed 100 kills with it. Team Deathmatch on Noshahr Canals is prime for Xbow kills since it's such close quarters.

I've got 8 kills with 42 shots fired...so an accuracy of 33.3%

In the description it says that it has a very long range....so how about the bullet drop....eeuuhhmm bolt drop?

Is there any?

So you only need 2 more headshots of 50m and you're set.

I seem to be getting most of my kills with it on the Close Quater maps or playing Scavenger.

Just hit 200 kills can't get enough but I'm switching to HE bolt now.

You need to first win 3 games of Scavenger to unlock it, then you can find it in your secondary weapon slot.


Just hit 300 kills.

I saw a vid on youtube where someone fired a standard bolt and needed to adjust for the drop...then he fired a balanced bolt over the same distancea and didn't need to adjust.

So for long distance the balanced is the way to go, and the standard is for CQC

The bolts kind of seem to travel a bit too slow, it almost looks like they were tossed.
l haven't learned how to gauge arrow drop yet but it's an interesting thing. llRC 17 kills atm.
I already have 150 meters worth of headshots because of one lucky shot that was probably 50 meters?

It took me a while to realize i need to lead my targets in order to compensate for the travel speed of the arrow. I got much better when I started shooting in front of my running enemies. Arrow drop is harder to figure out with the standard bolt but makes head shots simple with the balanced bolt.

The balanced bolt has less damage though due to range so unless you're certain for a headshot standardbolt seems the safest even at a decent range just anticipate the shot.

Just got my XBOW Mastery dogtog and I'm pretty sure I hit a load of other milestones in the same game; 20k kills, 300hrs played, 700 SPM & Colonel 48!

BA bolt sucks, I just learned how to use the instead and it's much better.

I tagged a guy last night with 1,700 kills, so you have some catching up to do. :P I managed to rack up a good 60+ more kills last night, so I'm sitting at 103 until I play again. Also, I ironically hit 30,000 kills in the game I got my 1st service star in... actually, I fell short of my goal and have 29,999 kills right now, LOL.

I think your 30,000th kill should be some fucked up 100m headshot with the crossbow..or just ram someone with your chopper like anyday lol.

I'm pretty proud of my 500 xbow kills over 2 days I'll continue this weekend and see if I can hit 2000.

The xbow alone has made up for how crap Armoured Kill was, I love it it's so much fun. My aim seems to be getting better too soon enough I'll never miss a shot lol that was happen.

I have a whopping 23 kills with it. I jumped in a friends hardcore game last night, and they had all flags apart from A (I forget the map). My first shot of the game was a double kill with the Xbow, followed by a headshot on one of my friends. Later on, I was on the run, and spotted one of them. Lined up my shot, and just before I fired, the other spawned in, and I got another double kill (this time on both my friends), and as I was in their party, I rubbed it in a little. They got their revenge by crashing a jet into my skull as I was running.

I just wish I was recording. That had to be one of my best/funniest Battlefield moments.

I dare you all to beat my longest headshot with it though, 468 meters.

Haha, it was just a random kill, but I did get a chopper roadkill the match after that!

Also, I've now hit just over 200 kills with the Xbow.
