Legendary past first 15 Chapters?
Any reason (achievements, unlocks, armor, etc) to do Spartan Ops on Legendary past Episode 3 besides just doing it all on Legendary?

No, as far as extras go, there is no reason to do Legendary past Episode 3 of Spartan Ops. Most needed is Heroic for the achievements in Episodes 2 and 5 (especially No Easy Way Out, despite the description reading Normal requirement).
