Ok, so I went ahead n started Ops to finish the last achievements.
When I finished the last chapter of Eps. 5 i got nothing.
So I checked my list, n what do i see. Ep 2 not completed. Have them all done.
Went to dashboard n back to halo 4 ops, did the last chapter on Ep 5 n nothing.
Going through all 5 chapters again, hope it works...

I'm hoping for some rewarding achievement down the road. I managed to finish all episodes Solo Legendary. I only did co-op on two missions related to achievements (those I did on Heroic).

Nice to have 100%......at least for now.

Same happened to me except it says i have all done on legendary except ep5, since i just did all 5 on matchmaking

My brother and I played every Spartan Ops co-op (first three over LIVE, second two split-screen) and we both got the achievement after completing Episode 5 Chapter 5 like we were supposed to.

So I guess it's hit or miss.

If you go to halo waypoint, choose your profile, service record, spartan ops, it will show which chapters it has registered as you having completed.

this is pretty fucking stupid, but not nearly as bad as "if they came to hear me beg" and all the subsequent horseshit tortured explanations on how to get it to work with tags like "GUARANTEED METHOD TO WORK!!!" (which were utter dogshit)...you just had to basically be lucky to get it...

It seems when you do a co-op Spartan-op it forgets you did episode 2 spartan-ops just restart your xbox and do solo spartan-op on easy it should unlock then.

Exact same thing happened to me and my friend except he lost episode 3. However when we went to go start that "lost" episode, they were all beaten. The strange thing was that I did them on Legendary and it said Heroic.

Well after a bit of confusion and entering and exiting all the chapters, everything magically was fixed but no achievement yet. We played a random mission and it popped at the end.

This glitched on me too. I wasn't aware of the achievement having any issues but I right away came here to check, and sure enough found the solution. One run through on an easy chapter by myself and it popped.

I do love this place.

Thanks for the help!! Thought I'd missed a chapter somewhere but I hadn't, just redid chapter 3 of episode 5 solo on easy then achievement popped.
