Are Torgue vending items of the day ever level 50?

I have only seen level 48 items, are they ever higher?

Dev's admitted they're supposed to go up, and they're going to work on fixing them.

I've been saving my tokens waiting to see level 50 stuff. Might as well just get someone to dupe the stuff I'm after (grenade mods).
