Infinite Continues?
Is it possible to unlock infinite continues in this game?

I just went from 3 to 4 credits so I'm assuming it does eventually. But it would be nice to know when it stops or if it goes to a certain number.

Edit: Well after playing for a while I unlocked up to 9 continues and that was enough to beat the game. Hope that helps whoever picks this up.
