Little duncan glitch help :(

So in the sync % says I need to do the liberation mission of Duncan little...but In my map it says I have all Boston liberated and I have recruited Duncan... Ive found him finally in a bar near a Dock but hes sitting there taltk to him twice and nothing more happened :/

Is really pissing me off...Im near the 100%

No im really mad I cant recruit any of the asssins left....I dont know what to do... I talked to deborah carter and the same shit happened did the liberation mission went to a bar her she was talk to her and it doesnt shows on the sync %
