Does this come with any codes that are needed for full enjoyment
or is buying used just as good.

PS it was recommend to me to get this while chatting with friends during Halo 4 MP.

The original is going for 800 points

Anniversary version New it sells in store for $40
Does not appear to be on Marketplace yet?

Bought it new and looks good
It does include a code to download maps that can be used in Reach so that is cool.
