What seems to be minimal effort for medals is hopping into a lobby your create for an Air Domination mode, load it up with AI, and play to win. The US, and Brits were both easy, just need to win 6 more as the Japanese to get that one as well. If you look up plane skins, there are some for just 10 player kills. I hopped into a realistic lobby with the Hurricane Mk II and had it in a few matches. The rest you can easily get from realistic or simplified lobbies, just takes a bit of time. There's always people online willing to join one of those if you create it and keep a good rotation going.
