Rewinding Story Question

Hi.

So I just finished the whole campaign w/o Strike Force on veteran. If I rewind the story to the beginning, can I do challenges, strike force, and whole campaign for the other cheevos on recruit?

Also does my veteran scores reset?

Yes you can do that, I completed campaign on veteran first and then rewound story and did challenges, strike force missions and campaign again on recruit.
