Difference between North America and Europe ?

As the title says, in the options you have the choice to change the game version between North America and Europe.

Anyone knows the difference beween these ?

I think the main differences with most games was that European games ran at PAL 50hz while US games are 60hz. Trying it just now kinda of confirms that since the music sounds slightly slower and the framerate isn't AS smooth.

Basically for people in Europe or here in Australia, they have the option of playing at 50hz which is how they would have played it back in the day. That's the main difference. Otherwise I believe content-wise they're identical.
