Why is this game so expensive?

Title says it all basically, but yeah what is the reason for the high value of this game?

Because it's very rare, only produced for and in europe in 2008.
don't know how many copies were actually made, but i guess only a few hundred.

How many games are in active circulation? ~10 pieces.

I don't know if this is correct, but i would assume that this is the rarest game to get
for the Xbox360, (crazy fucked up japanese games don't count!) followed by Avatar.

I remember while playing Black Oops back then, after completing the game,
i got many messages from people who wanted to know where to get this game for a human price etc.
