Chapter 3 on FUBAR :mad: Help Please

Hey All

Im stuck on Chapter 3 on FUBAR difficulty, i get near the windows which you have to smash for the sand to come through but i either always get killed by someone in that room or i get outside and the ai get killed and i cant save them without getting shot in the back myself etc

please help as ive tried like 20+times already and i cant do it
