battle dlc not showing?

Hi if anyone could help me it would be appreciated, I bought the game on release and then got the battle dlc the day after, but now I have only just noticed it is not actually appearing even when I go to 2 player mode the level 4 levels are not there and says I need the dlc for this, can anyone help me?

The same scenario happened with me, all I did was download the battle mode again from the in-game menu and then reboot the game. This fixed the problem for me. Hope it helps!
