Mercenary Solo, your scores?

Just by curiosity i would like to know if you guys managed to get a high score in Merc Solo. Personally my best scores are around the 130 000 for an A rank... thats pretty much it. I got S plenty of times in Duo but in Solo i can never finish all the ennemies, i can not do big combos either, either i get grab, have to run, or simply there not any ennemies left where i am. Also its way harder by itself... i mean one bad move and your on dying state and its over... chances for you to get up are minimals. I am this run the other day in catacombs with Sherry, everything was smooth and suddenly that big spores ennemie(sorry always forget those weird name the ennemies have in this) arrive when i didn't see it coming and grab me and its BAM dying instantly... i was full life.

Today i retry and it almost happened again, only this time i saw it coming, was running and had trouble pitching my nade, eventually the little animation for her to grab me started but by pure luck i was able to dodge it... finish the round with a nice score for a solo run but still...

I think its a lot more fun as a duo... easier to combo, 2 skills instead of one, if your dying you have more chance to heal....

Also my little personal rant... i find it depressing that if you die you loose also your skills points. I mean the score ok i can accept it(even tough i think you should get what you had when you die but well) but the skills... you got them... you picked them... they should count. I have finish everything campaign related when it comes to achievements exept i miss one skill to lev up, so thats why i started to do mercenary run solo, it does give a nice ammount of pts... if you don't die.

Think I managed to get a score of around 1,230,000 on Catacombs using Chris, doubt I can do that again though. I haven't touched Re6 for a good 2 months or so due to Assassin's Creed 3 and Halo 4, plus I just bought Dark Souls a few weeks ago and that has had me completely hooked.
