Rank cheevs not unlocking in mp

I gained 3200 pts last night and didn't unlock Lieutenant or Captain. Someone else earned Colonel but nothing for me. Can anyone help or anybody know if it eventually pop?
I tried deleting my cache, playing other modes, dashboarding - idk
