what the hell is wrong with the camera?

idk if my right analog is busted or something. I remember this game being annoying.. but not this kind of annoying lol.

I have the same issue, but I've also had a few issues in other games too. Try using a different controller cause it's most likely a messed up analog stick, and when I say messed up I don't mean like really bad, but some games just are really sensitive and even the slightest tilt in the analog makes it go crazy.

Yeah the camera sucks! I've been on this pumpkin hill level for almost 30 minutes. If I could make the camera go up and down it'd make it so much easier. And it keeps turning around when I try to move it when I'm on a platform.

Yeah - the camera was one thing that they never got working well in either of the Sonic Adventure games. It's something you just have to deal with since there's not much of a remedy - and the problems unfortunately compound when you're doing a level a bunch of times in a row to get A Ranks - I can't even count how many runs I've lost because the camera wouldn't cooperate and I missed a rail in one of Sonic's levels.

Camera has always been pretty awful in this game. Regardless, I forgot how much I loved this game.

I don't have camera-moving-by-itself issues. But the angles do sometimes frustrate, like almost any 3D video game.

Horrible camera in this game + SUPER sensitive stick controls = a lot of problems for some controllers.
