Okay, I've been trying to get this achievement. I'm dodging the missiles and my plane has full green "health" when I shoot the missile on the aircarrier, but no achievement. What am I missing?

I had the same problem. If you don't get the achievement after you shoot the Missile just go back to the dashboard in load the game back up and click Continue so that you won't have to start the mission over just to get to that part again.
