Moon no longer available?

I, like a lot of people who bought Rezurrection on sale, have discovered that the map pack gives you only the WaW zombie maps, but not Moon. It downloads at 700~ MBs when it should be 1.15~ GB, hence the missing zombie map. As far as I've learned so far, there's no obvious reason for this and no known solution. So for now, I guess don't but Rezurrection, and has anyone heard when this is getting fixed?

Nevermind, everybody. Looks like the issue got sorted, because the download size is back to 1.15 gigs. Moon is (probably) back. Huzzah.
