Snap Tags in Borderlands

Has anyone tried using your smartphone to take a picture of these snap tags in Borderlands? I don't have a smartphone (it's just a cell phone - which is all I need), so I can't check it.

There's 4 of them outside of Patricia Tannis' office, although only one of them is completely visible (it's on the left side of the doorway). I don't know if there are more throughout the game, but I just noticed these tonight.

Also... if you spot any in other locations (and they actually work)... post your results here!

Snap tag isn't what they're called. No one will know what you're talking about with this. They're called QR codes. To answer your question, check this link out -

Yeah i noticed them and got my gf to try a few days ago, the ones i tried all just linked directly to the Gearbox website, nothing exciting unfortunately.
I think they were at the start of the area Sledge is found in.

Thanks, Snowed. That's what you get when you ask a friend (who's known for making-up shit when he doesn't actually know) what something is. I've seen those digital codes before, but never knew what they were called.

Thanks to you, too... Lava Tonsil. It's too bad it doesn't link to something more interesting!
