Achievement Problem/Glitch

Hi all, me and a friend called JParrott 46 have been aiming for the achievements on F1 2012. However there is one achievement that doesn't unlock for some reason even though we did what the achievement told us to do which was out qualifying your team mate at every race in career mode or co-op.

The achievement is called 'The Equipment may be the Same...' which is worth 25G. Me and my friend have both out qualifyed our team mates in career mode at every race in career mode and have recieved no achievement. We even tried different methods. It didn't unlock in One Shot Qualifying and it also didn't unlock Full Qualifying so there is definatley some kind of problem/glitch with this achievement unlocking.

So my question is, has anyone else had this problem with unlocking this achievement? And secondly if there is a glitch with this achievement unlocking then will Codemasters release a patch to fix this achievement because I'm sure that a lot of you including me and my friend will not be happy about this not being able to unlock.

Finally we are doing Co-Op career and we will try and see if it unlocks on this mode, fingers crossed it does.

This Achievement only unlocks in Coop Mode...

Ok thanks. However which qualifying length did you do for the achievement? Was it one shot, short or long qualifying? Thanks.

The description of the achievement does state "Out-qualify your team mate at every race of a Career or Co-op season. It can be unlocked in single-player career, but judging by the OP's experience, the achievement could be bugged.

I'm nearly done with my first Career season, and I've out-qualified my team mate in every race so far, so I'll see how it goes.

EDIT: Yep, it's bugged for single-player. Rather disappointing.

Supposed to be fixed in Patch 4 which is already out for PC. When the consoles get it is anyone's guess though.

So a bit like the From the Front achievement, I managed to win from pole in a Force India on professional, all assists off (bar manual gears), but it didn't unlock in career. First race in easy season challenge, it unlocked. Stupid glitchy achievements.

Forget it... I just tried this in quite a hefty session with another insomnic... And I didn't get the Drivers Co-Op achievement despite finishing 53 points ahead and getting a nice "after race" sequence telling me I won the Drivers Championship...

Five hours down the drain...

I'm waiting for the patch before I try co-op (plus the fact that I have noone to do it with as of yet)
Also I have a save backed up near the end of the season which I can complete once patched to unlock "equipment may be the same"
Hate glitchy achievements.

Hi all,
got same probs, some of the achievements dont unlock for me.
I did the Session Challenge twice and didnt get the achievements
what should unlock from there. I guess there is a patch neeeeeeded

Patch is out today, be nice to know if this has fixed the problem with this chev. I will try it later if no-one else reports as i have a save that should unlock it after doing the last race.
